What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts, so we do not build a profile of you as you browse.

Our server also records the time of your submission and which page it came from. Web server logs may briefly record your IP address, as every web server does.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to do the work you are asking us about. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us a message.
Where the GDPR applies to you, our legal basis is your consent — given by ticking the box on the form — and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.
Campaign estimates
If you use the Partner with us form, we store the estimate we showed you alongside your enquiry, so that the person who follows up can see the same numbers you saw. Those figures are ranges observed across campaigns we have already delivered — not a quote, and not a forecast.
Creator performance data
If you apply as a creator and separately tick the survey consent box, we may contact you to ask for performance data about your own channels — engagement, reach, audience. That is a separate, optional consent and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
Who we share it with
Your submission is stored on our own systems and read by the Task n Trade team. We do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers.
This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf as a hosting and content-delivery provider and may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
When you submit a form, a copy is emailed to the relevant Task n Trade team through Zoho (ZeptoMail), our email provider, so it can be answered quickly.
If you apply through our careers page, your CV is emailed to our hiring team the same way and kept in private storage that only Task n Trade can access. It is deleted automatically after 12 months. Ask us at [email protected] and we will delete it sooner.
To stop automated spam, we keep a scrambled, one-way code derived from your IP address for ten minutes after you submit. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, changes every day, and is deleted automatically.
Fonts on this site are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no request to any third-party font, script, or asset host while reading this page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one working day.
If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Nepal, the Individual Privacy Act 2075 (2018) and the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (2008) apply to how we handle your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies. It sets one cookie only if you unlock the case studies, so they stay open for you, and it stores whether you chose light or dark mode, which never leaves your device. The full detail is on our Cookie Policy page.
If we ever add analytics or any third-party script, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated before it ships, and a consent banner will appear at that point. Today there is nothing to consent to.
